Mohini has  been practicing Tai-Chi for over 8 years and teaching for 4. Her interest is in assisting older people to stay fit into later years by encouraging practical exercises through Tai Chi for Health and an understanding of energy and stress management.
 

Most practices are done standing, and may be adapted to sitting in a chair. Short relaxation also included.
